We celebrated the big day with little baskets of goodies on doorsteps and an ole' fashioned round of ding-dong ditch -- Some lucky few got hoppy new friends. We followed the lead of the saltandchocolate.blogspot.com who directed us to http://www.purlbee.com/purl-frog/2007/6/14/the-purl-frog.html. Enjoy your day and stay hoppy!

Michelle,
ReplyDeleteWow - you have way too much energy! MayDay baskets filled with hand-made goodies! Aidan only had his paper-cup basket he received at pre-school filled with junk candy! Enjoying your blog, but makes me think I need to become more crafty! ~Susanne
I really don't have that much energy, just creative urges that I can't supress. This "creative urge thing" gives me justification for not doing the dishes.
ReplyDeleteChelle, you forgot beets! Not to fear -- I planted them. Just hope they do better than last year -- all tops! A farmer friend told me too much nitrogen in the soil.
ReplyDeleteNow, the material for the tops you are going to sew: Your tops, not Theo's, correct?
I want a traveling Gnome, or 3 or 4!! Where did you find yours? I saw some at Walgreens and K Mart, but they really short.
I love what you wrote about your mom. I miss mine so much. Cherish every moment you have with my first cousin!!
Love you (and Theo and Terry, too)!! Peggy
